Lovely location, and the owners were absolutely great!! Kitchen was well equipped and we didn’t need to bring anything apart from food. The wine and snacks are very welcome after a long drive. Julie-Anne was so nice and great with the kids. Bill 2024

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions i had, she was very nice and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in a cozy cute cottage in a quiet serene spot in nature. I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Magnificent
The cabin was situated in the middle of the forest or trees, it was fully equipped with what we needed during our stay. Bedrooms were nicely made up and comfortable, kitchen was clean and good, then the best part that we didn’t expected was Julie set up some goodies for us to consume during our stay. It was very kind of her to do this extra thing for us.
The fireplace inside the house literally just make you wanna fall asleep, a lot of board games to share with the family and the barbecue at the balcony was just perfect as you can seat down while enjoying the view of the nature.
We defo love our stay, we will defo coming back here again. Perfect way in reconnecting with your family members and nature♥️

The ideal getaway and perfect place for a digital detox
Great views. Felt secluded even with people staying in adjacent cabin. enjoyed the cosy country atmosphere and the wood fires. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained ranging from feeding the chickens to plenty of choice of board games.

Firstly I wish to thankyou for a wonderful stay at your cabins. We booked both cabins and we all thought they were very comfortable and suited our stay perfectly. Given it is about 10 kms out of town, but that didn't deter us as we travelled both ways from there and sometimes the trip was shorter and sometimes a bit longer depending on which way we were going. The surroundings were very relaxing and peaceful and the units were clean and comfortable, and the heating from the fireplace warmed them up beautifully. Definitely would book there again if I am looking for a place to stay down that way. Booked the breakfast hampers and they were plentiful. Would do it all again. Thankyou. Lovely cottage with everything you need. It was very clean and hand sanitiser and hand wash were provided. The warm, cosy log fire was fantastic. The scenery is beautiful and endless. The rates are very reasonable. We thoroughly recommended Timbertop Cottages in Balingup for a peaceful relaxing break. It is also close to other towns to explore. Our cottage had enough beds for 6 people (3 bedrooms). Go there, you won't be disappointed! Denise 2022
Had an absolutely delightful winter getaway at Timbertop cottages. Perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing, quiet retreat. This is country style relaxation at its best. Clean and comfortable accommodation set among 50+ acres of breathtaking landscapes. I recommend taking advantage of a cozy winter retreat in front of a fully prepared wood fired heater. It is a beautiful peaceful setting amongst the trees. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable with new bedding. We included the breakfast deal and it was very generous. Cooked everything on the BBQ. There is also a large microwave/oven and hotplates. Julie-anne was very welcoming and a attentive host. With Balingup, Greenbushes, Grimwade pool, Donnybrook and Bridgetown all a short drive away there was plenty to see and do. Simon
We had a lovely time staying two nights over the weekend. Cottage was clean, comfortable and so cosy with the fire going. Wonderful hospitality from Julie and Cameron. Our hosts, Julie, Cam & Mathew went above and beyond to ensure we loved our stay! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and we were spoilt with a selection of welcome goodies! Mathew (the son of Julie and Cam), made my sons’ experience at a working farm (something that he will be talking about for a long time) even more delightful by teaching him to ride on a quad bike and zooming around their farm. We spent a fair bit of time exploring their large, expansive property and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We will be back and look forward to seeing the cows again , not to forget their gorgeous pooches who gave our little terrier a great time too! Thanks Julie, Cam & Mathew for a wonderful experience you guys are the best hosts we have ever met and I look forward to creating more memories in the near future. Keep doing a wonderful job! Kirsty
What an amazing stay over this weekend the cottage was amazing with everything you could possibly need. So clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable, the log fire at night was just to die for. The beautiful property is amazing and lovely to walk around and then back to your cottage for a cuppa. Owners Julie and Cam are just the best.
